Limitation: Network Port During Installation


Problem

DSim Cloud installation requires the following network ports to be available:


  • Outbound port 443 for TCP. ie. HTTPS

This may be an issue when network access is managed by a firewall, as is often the case inside corporate networks.



Solution

If you experience errors due to blocked ports, please contact your IT department for assistance. Ask them to open port 443 for outbound TCP/HTTPS.
